【摘要】:Replacement:ThisInternationalStandarddealswithallaspectsofsafetysuchaselectrical,thermalandmechanical.Thispart2-19ofIEC61558appliestostationaryorportable,single-phaseorpoly-phase,air-cooled(naturalorforced),independentorassociated,isolatingorsafetyisolatingtransformers,havingaratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c,aratedfrequencynotexceeding500Hz,aratedoutputnotexceeding10kVA.Perturbationattenuationtransformersareintendedtothesupplyofofficemachinesandthelikeandhaveamid-pointleadoutintheoutputcircuitinordertoattenuatemainsbornedisturbances.Inaddition,doubleorreinforcedinsulationbetweencircuitsrequiredbytheinstallationrulesorbytheappliancespecificationisfulfilledbyusingthistransformer.NOTE1Connectionofanapplianceviatransformersofthekindreferredtoheredoesnotimplythattherequirementsforthisapplianceareallowedtobelessstringent.Perturbationattenuationisolatingtransformers:-haveano-loadoutputvoltageandaratedoutputvoltageexceeding50Va.c.or120Vripple-freed.c.andnotexceeding500Va.c.or708Vripplefreed.c;theno-loadoutputvoltageandtheratedoutputvoltagemayexceedtheselimitsinordertobeinaccordancewiththenationalwiringrulesorspecialpurposes,howevertheyshallnotexceed1000Va.c.or1415Vripplefreed.c.Perturbationattenuationsafetyisolatingtransformers:-haveano-loadoutputvoltageandaratedoutputvoltagenotexceeding50Va.c.or120Vripple-freed.c.Thisstandardisapplicabletodry-typetransformers.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornon-encapsulated.Whereanisolatingtransformerprovidessupplytotwoormoreitemsofequipment,aconnectionofexposed-conductive-partsofsuchequipmentisrequiredinaccordancewithsection413.5ofIEC60364-4-41.NOTE2Fortransformersfilledwithliquiddielectricorpulverisedmaterial,suchassand,additionalrequirementsareunderconsideration.NOTE3Attentionisdrawntothefactthat:-fortransformersintendedtobeusedintropicalcountries,specialrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inlocationswherespecialenvironmentalconditionsprevail,particularrequirementsmaybenecessary.NOTE4Thispart2-19doesnotpreventtheuseofothertypesoftransformersasattenuationtransformerwithoutmid-pointintheoutputcircuit.Thisstandarddoesnotcovertheperformancesofthefunction"attenuation".Thisfunctionmaybeobtainedbydifferentfeatures,forexample:screenorspeciallamination.Thisstandardalsoappliestotransformersincorporatingelectroniccircuits.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoexternalcircuitsandtheircomponentsintendedtobeconnectedtotheinputandoutputterminalsorsocket-outletsofthetransformer.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheextractionandclean-upproceduresofthesampledPCDDs/PCDFs.Itisanintegralpartofthecompletemeasurementprocedure.TheuseoftheothertwopartsEN1948-1:2006andEN1948-3:2006describingsamplingoridentificationandquantification,respectively,isnecessaryforthedeterminationofthePCDDs/PCDFs.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeendesignedtomeasurePCDD/PCDFconcentrationsatabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m3instationarysourceemissions.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesbothmethodvalidationandaframeworkofqualitycontrolrequirementswhichshallbefulfilledbyanyPCDD/PCDFextractionandclean-upmethodstobeapplied.SomemethodsaredescribedindetailinAnnexAasexamplesofprovenprocedures.Eachofthethreesamplingmethods(Part1)canbecombinedwiththeextractionandclean-up(Part2)andtheidentificationandquantification(Part3)tocompletethemeasurementprocedure.Duringcomparisonmeasurementsofthethreesamplingmethodsonmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m3thesemethodshavebeendeemedcomparablewithintheexpectedrangeofuncertainty.Validationtrialswereperformedonthefluegasofmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m3andadustloadingoffrom1mg/m3to15mg/m3.AlthoughthisEuropeanStandardisprimarilydevelopedandvalidatedforgaseousstreamsemittedbywasteincinerators,thepracticalexperienceshowsthatitcanbeappliedforwideconcentrationrangesandvariousemissionsources.TheproceduredescribedinthethreepartsofEN1948:2006specifiesrequirementswhichshallbemetinordertomeasurethe17congenersnecessarytocalculatethetotalI-TEQ(seeTableA.1ofEN1948-1:2006).BesidesthedeterminationofPCDDs/PCDFsthedescribedmeasurementmethodsaresuitablefordeterminationofotherlow-volatilesubstances,e.g.ofdioxin-likePCBs(detailsforsamplingandanalysesseeCEN/TS1948-4),althoughnovalidatedperformancecharacteristicsareavailableyet.
